Elma Reka is a highly successful practitioner of Nutritional Therapy and Functional Medicine based in London. Being a researcher at soul, she holds a BSc in Nutritional Therapy, Dip in Nutrition and Health, BA (Hons), MBA and is certified in Nutrigenomics, the science of the relationship between genetics, nutrition and health.
Elma is best known for working with mothers and for her mission to raise awareness for the much-needed support around postpartum health issues that persist for years after birth.
