A graduate of BA in Communication Research from the University of the Philippines Diliman, Jen began her market intelligence training at ACNielsen Philippines, which was followed by a one-year cross-posting stint in ACNielsen International Research in New York.  She then worked in MTV Philippines as Research, Planning and Strategy Manager and, later on, went back to her qualitative research roots with GoodThinking Research.  

Jen is also the founder and one of the managing partners of SESOU Nature Source, a chain of retail stores for everyday green living. She is wife to Ale and a homeschooling mom of 11 years to Mateo, 14, and Daniella, who is seven years old.
