Bea is a storyteller in constant pursuit of stories that matter.

Being an astute and persuasive communicator, Bea leads the overall operations of TeamAsia as Managing Director. She drives TeamAsia’s world-class Integrated Marketing Experience (IME) practice with her progressive leadership and deep knowledge of international trends – a product of her continuous pursuit of learning. Bea has spearheaded some of TeamAsia’s biggest campaigns in tech, telecommunications, IT-BPM and development aid.

A seasoned public speaker, she regularly moderates various events online and on ground. Bea is also the official host of Breakfast 2 Business podcast, which serves its listeners food for thought about life, work, advocacies and brands. Aside from this, she is one of the key people who started My Dream in a Shoebox, an initiative to provide shoeboxes filled with school supplies to less fortunate children all over the country. She also sat on the board of directors of the Philippine Marketing Association as director for PR and Communications and as a mentor to the Philippine Junior Marketing Association, empowering youth marketers across the Philippines.

Bea earned her masters degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Emerson College in Boston, MA.
