James is a Senior Bank Executive with mastery and expertise in Sales and Marketing, as well as Product and Business Development. James has extensive professional experience in the telecommunications and banking industries, with a keen knowledge in client relationship management. He is a dynamic leader who is able to attain revenue targets and business objectives while maintaining a positive presence that generates enthusiasm and commitment among his team members.
James graduated from De La Salle University with a degree in Business Management, and completed his Masters degree at the Asian Institute of Management.
Catherine Salceda-Ileto
Public Relations Executive for a Multinational Company
Cathy Ileto is the Country Communications and Government Affairs Head for GlaxoSmithKline, one of the world’s largest science-led healthcare companies, and a part of its Philippine Leadership Team. Her role in GSK is a milestone in her career, spanning decades of practice in integrated marketing and communications, public relations, government affairs and stakeholder management. As she is passionate about creating social impact, this will allow her to continue her path in developing sustainable public affairs programs in the healthcare industry where help is needed.
Cathy began her professional career in what used to be the country’s leading broadcast media company ABS-CBN where she helped pioneer the country’s first ever cable news channel ANC. She was one of the faces we used to watch on television during primetime and on the trading floor every morning, keeping the business community updated on market trends and the economy.
The Department of Trade and Industry has recognized Cathy for enabling global companies and shared service centers to set foot in the Philippines and for the work she has done to engage global analyst groups that paved the way for numerous awards for the Philippines as a destination of choice for digitally enabled services.
Cathy has been recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Filipinas in the world in 2015 by the Filipina Women’s Network. She has been honored with a Builder Award, as she has been a positive force and a key contributor to the Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) Industry’s policy agenda, primarily ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for women in the ICT Industry. Cathy currently serves as an elected Board of Trustee at the Public Relations Society of the Philippines. She also chairs the Society’s prestigious accreditation board.
