Marilen Montenegro is the Founder of lifestyle and design blogs, MarilenStyles.com, where she was nominated twice for the international Amara Interior Blog Awards. Marilen is currently an online fitness coach and wellness influencer after completing her certification as a nutritionist and fitness trainer in the US. Formerly a TV, Print and Ramp for the Professional Models Association of the Philippines, Marilen also hosted several TV shows including “Tahanang Pinoy” for ABC 5, “House Life” for QTV 11, “Extreme Makeover Home Edition Philippines” for TV5, and “Mommy Hacks” for CNN Philippines. She also judged the international TV series “The Apartment Season 7” on Diva Channel Cable TV.
